Who can participate in IBeTo?
A
Participants can include individuals who are undergraduates or postgraduates, and this eligibility extends to those who are currently pursuing their degrees, with an upper age limit of 30 years.

Will there be any registration fees associated with participation in IBeTo 2024?

From which phase will I be eligible for a Certificate of Participation?

Participants in the Create Phase will receive a Certificate of Participation, and winners will additionally receive a Certificate of Merit.

Will I be eligible for KTU activity points if I take part in IBeTo 2024?
A
As per KTU regulations, socially beneficial projects can avail up to 50 activity points.

What is the team size limit?
A
Participants have the option to take part individually or form a team. The maximum number of members allowed in a team is 4.

This includes refraining from offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, social class, economic status, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants are required to adhere to these rules at all event venues, as well as during online interactions related to the IBeTo event and associated social gatherings.
While the use of masks is not compulsory, we strongly encourage participants to take necessary health precautions. Participants are welcome to wear masks if they so choose.
